Initiate Your Request
Log into your account portal and select the order containing the item you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.
Pack with Care
Place the fragrance back in its original designer box and secure it inside a shipping carton with protective padding to prevent transit damage.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, ensuring no old barcodes are visible.
Receive Your Refund
Once our olfactory team inspects the return, your original payment method will be credited within 5 to 7 business days.
